What we collect

- Order details: assignment instructions, files you upload, deadlines.
- Payment metadata via Stripe (we never store card numbers).
- Basic site analytics (page views, referrer, country) via privacy-friendly analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To deliver and revise your order.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve the website.
Sharing
We share data only with vetted processors required to run the service: Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud / Supabase (database & file storage), Resend (transactional email). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. Uploaded assignment files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@academicwizard.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant Stripe. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff.
