Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with Academic Wizard ("we", "us"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of services

Academic Wizard provides custom-written reference materials, editing, formatting, and tutoring-style assistance intended as model documents and study aids. Clients are solely responsible for how they use the deliverables and must comply with their institution's academic integrity policies.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are priced at checkout based on the selected service, academic level, deadline, length, citation style, and add-ons. Payment is processed securely via Stripe in USD before work begins. Prices include applicable sales tax where required.

If the uploaded instructions materially differ from the purchased service scope, Academic Wizard may request clarification, recommend an order adjustment, or issue a refund before work begins.

4. Revisions

Free revisions are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the request matches the original brief. Revisions outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for personal study and reference. Academic Wizard retains the right to retain working copies for quality and dispute resolution.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academic Wizard's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for academic outcomes, grades, or institutional disciplinary actions.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Academic Wizard LLC is registered.
