Refund Policy

Our commitment

We deliver work that matches the service you purchased and the instructions you upload. If something goes wrong, revisions come first; if a revision can't resolve it, we offer a fair refund.

Refunds before work starts

  • Refunds may be available if work has not started.
  • If the order cannot be completed because the purchased service does not match the uploaded instructions, Academic Wizard may issue a refund or recommend a corrected purchase before work begins.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments are refunded.

Refunds after work starts

Once work has started, partial refunds may be available if delivery is late through our fault and the timing materially affected the order's usefulness, or if the final deliverable cannot be aligned to the purchased service through reasonable revisions.

Revisions before refund

Reasonable revisions are available when the request matches the original order details and instructions. Refunds for quality concerns are considered after a revision attempt.

No refund

  • Requirements were changed materially after the order was placed.
  • Grade or outcome dissatisfaction — we make no grade guarantees and no outcome guarantees.
  • The revision window for the order has passed.

How to request a refund

Email support@academicwizard.com with your order number and the reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
